POSITION SUMMARY:
Chargeable for the efficient coordination and technical execution of features inside the Program together with: Human Assets (appointments and job postings), Payroll, Buying, Accounting (accounts payable and accounts receivable). PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Processes payroll transactions in HRMS for tutorial and nonacademic personnel and produces particular wage and bonus paperwork; ensures correct documentation is obtained, verified and forwarded to Payroll and Human Assets. Attends college conferences related to human resource features.
Coordinates and implements hiring course of together with TAM entry of job requisitions and comply with up of required varieties.
Maintains Program personnel information on all staff and submit-doctoral researchers.
Ensures accuracy and completion of PAR’s.
Distributes keys, coordinates ID badges and parking tags.

Processes monetary transactions together with entry or approval inside AIS/FIS (buy orders, verify requests, receipt vouchers, journals, journey advances/expense reviews finances changes, ID’s and procard evaluations).

Custodian of petty money funds.

Maintains scholar group accounts (income and bills).

Required Qualifications
